I did a phone screening with a recruiter who fully imagined qualifications on my resume and couldn't help me at all. "I see you're credentialed to teach in Texas?" Yeah, buddy, nailed it. Who wants to bet that's the result of an AI pipeline versus plain old being bad at a job?

It's funny to me that I can get an ABA job in less than 5 business days. Speaks a lot about the industry that it's predicated on churning and burning through behavior techs. Anywho: isn't searching for work in late-stage capitalism ft. facism grand?
