And there was a time when you COULD “step up your vocab” by listening to and dissecting popular hip-hop records. I learned the word “dichotomy” from Will Smith.
The saddest part about Black men admitting that they have no fucking clue what Kendrick was saying is that now we know that a lot of grown ass men have very low reading and comprehension skills for sure

When I think about the run Chadwick Bosemen went on before he passed, I get sad all over again. That man played Jackie Robison, Thurgood Marshall and Black Panther. We may never get a talent like that again. He so intentional with his roles and left a great legacy in a short period of time.
