Photography & Watercolor painting is in my heart & soul. I love what I feel when I look through my lens. I’m still learning, I feel like I’m still a “toddler” at both.

They are one of the tiny little birds that stay with us year round. In the winter they are especially busy, constantly foraging and talking.
This red-breasted nuthatch has just plucked a small nut from a spruce cone and will either eat or stash it for later.

Chihuahua lore is deeply rooted in the ancient cultures of Mexico, where their ancestors, the Techichi dogs, were revered for their spiritual and mystical properties. They were considered sacred companions with specific roles in the afterlife and daily life.

Day 10 of #ArtAdventCalendar is a snowy day in Toronto. I love everything about snow except shovelling it. Its pretty, it's dramatic, it's cool & fresh, it's quiet and, if you're dressed for it, it's cozy. I paint the snow often and it's always different. Crisp, deep, blowing, sparkling, sloppy.
