Today (20 November) marks Trans Day of Remembrance, a moment for us all to pause, reflect and grieve for those we have lost to transphobia 🕯️

But, it is also a call for action, a rallying cry for justice and liberation in the face of anti-trans hate, misinformation and violence ✊🏳️‍⚧️
