I cannot comprehend breathing techniques for anxiety that involve longer exhales than inhales. Like, cool, depriving myself of oxygen and feeling like I'm going to suffocate seems like a great idea, definitely not going to exacerbate my feelings of doom.

In these stupid-ass times, I have taken to playing Disney's Dreamlight Valley, because I wanted a cozy game that is not difficult (with the added bonus of warm, fuzzy Disney characters).
