The federal case Flynn filed against has been tied to the results of this decision. We offered Flynn a chance to walk away. I am more than happy to seek sanctions against him and his lawyers for this frivolous and utterly baseless lawsuit. I've got nothing but time and nothing to lose.

There's a reason this crime received the response that it did. Right or wrong, Americans have no time or room for empathy to those who lack it themselves. And as we have seen, the Healthcare CEO responses isn't to be better but to hire protection so they can continue to fuck people over.
