Today's Oval Office spectacle wasn't about showing strength, it was about surrendering to Putin. Trump and JD Vance have completely sold out America.

Agreed, Neville Chamberlain got played by Hitler, but he was an honorable man trying to avoid war, Trump is a Putin stooge grifting in the most vile and traitorous way

Much worse. Trump and Vance would have sided with Hitler in WWII.

Sometimes it feels like I’m going crazy, because there is something that is right in front of our faces, has been for years, and nobody of consequence ever says it:
Donald Trump works for Vladimir Putin.
How much more proof does anyone need? And what is anybody going to do about it?

setting aside the fact that the entire white house staff is utterly poisoned by online in a way that actually exceeds any democratic staffer, it is incredibly pathetic that they look at trump's temper tantrum and see "strength"

For the record, do I think a one-day boycott is going to make much of an economic impact? No. Do I think that a sort of "Baby's First Boycott," performative though it is, might be useful to make some folks aware of the impact of their economic power, and how it might be wielded politically? Maybe.

Pathetic. Shameful. Cowardly. Disgusting. Trump and JD Vance showed the world they will enthusiastically reward the aggression of dictators and don't think freedom is worth fighting for.

They are setting fire to Reagan's "City Upon A Hill."

Donald Trump has disgraced the United States of America in countless ways since he first entered political life ten years ago.

But he had never disgraced the nation as badly as he did today.

He has brought shame on this country to an extent I had never thought possible. And he has only just begun.

Have you learned your lesson?

Look, I'm not part of the "Dems suck" pile-on crowd. You're the home team and I will defend you. But you must now realize you have no friends in the modern Republican party. Lindsey Graham had an inverse "road to Damascus" moment years ago. He is not your friend.

Interesting, considering that traitorous sack of crap to your right, with the blue and gold tie has since called on Zelensky to resign.

this clip is proof beyond any doubt that Lindsey Graham stands for nothing and only cares about staying in good standing with the Trump cult

Never ever give Lindsey Graham an ounce of credibility. He's a liar and a coward and cannot be trusted in any circumstance.

You really need to give up on the bipartisan stuff. The Republicans are led by Nazis. Do you still not understand that?

Still waiting for your response to getting played by the pathetic Lindsey Graham today. Take a note from your colleague Tina and start calling out this BS in strong, clear language. You can’t play the current game by the old rules. Fight or we’ll replace you with someone who will.

Yet again, Trump is trying to whitewash history by supporting Putin instead of defending our allies, our national security and our democracy.

Trump isn't pursuing peace. This is total surrender to a fascist dictator and a betrayal of our democratic ally and friend.

Disgusting.

It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation.

I can’t imagine someone not outgrowing that, but apparently it happens quite a lot!

This is Winston Churchill visiting the White House during World War II.

Funny how he isn’t wearing a suit either. Almost like he was a wartime leader defending his country from being slaughtered and wiped out by an authoritarian aggressor.

And to think we could have had a sane, serious government run by an intelligent person who would have acted in the best interests of Americans, and not Vladimir Putin.
