Language is intersubjective. This means there must be two subjects. Writing by itself is already wizardry, with two subjects needing and unnatural amount of education to communicate through time. The mission of the writer is to reduce this effort and maximise the meaning safety during the travel.
Essentially, I think that LLM-generated dialogue only makes sense if you believe that the product of writing is words.
