this is such a good summation of why we have so many insufferable losers mad at people that don't sanitize themselves enough to appeal to the morality of normies because they just let themselves be spoonfed puritanism.
Social media has flattened every sub culture into an "aesthetic," and then taught people that curating this "aesthetic" is the same thing as being part of a community

I love my new tattoo aesthetically, but also I almost cried when I looked at it in the mirror, because everything that makes my fursona more "real" is a source of indescribable euphoria. It's impossible to describe, but woooof is it powerful.
