Tepid take of the day:

After trying (and subsequently choking on) my first ever bowl of Crunchy Nut, I am solidified in my position that this product is Frosties marketed towards adults.

I've been doing some research on SVoD services lately, and based on this, I've made an active effort to prioritise streaming content from public service broadcast VoD platforms.

The quality of writing and authenticity, in my opinion, is diluted when transitioned from national to global audience

I refuse to use chatgpt when I´m researching my podcast. It´s very difficult to enter a curiosity rabbit hole with ai. A.i will give you specic answers and present a dead end. When I offload my curiosity like that, I don´t get the brain tingles that invoke lateral thinking

Even from the other side, Nick continues to fill my heart with pride, influence positive change, and push his students towards their potential. A truly phenomenal man who is missed so deeply.

This is the perfect way to honour his memory. Well done, UWS, BBC & STV.

#LateLateToyShow night has long served as a substitute Christmas for Ciara and I. The ham is in the oven, various types of potato being made, the cheese board will soon be assembled and the cider is being mulled as I type!

Looking forward to the official start of Christmas, the laughter and tears!

An experiment. Can you like this post if (and only if) you play and buy video games.

Some people over on Twitter/X seem to think it's only game developers here.

Absentee (postal or proxy) voting on demand has been both popular and increased turnout in the UK. I see no reason not to introduce it here #ge24

Really is down to the wire in Dublin Central. Hopefully the FG transfer surplus will get Sherlock over the line. Mild relief. #GE24

How to get all of Irish bluesky to follow you in one simple post.

Sensational marketing
To my nearly 30 new followers in Ireland, I have to let you know that, while I'm honored, I truly believe you have followed me by mistake. I'm just some random, unimportant guy in Florida, USA. Sorry to disappoint

Quite frankly giving the people of Meath far too much ammunition for the foreseeable!

Hopefully the pure schtate of Dublin Central will overshadow... but also really hopefully not and the Green transfers go the right direction. Optimistic delusion until proven otherwise #GE24
Does anyone know how close we are to a first count in Cavan Monaghan?

Fantastic news for the terminally ill of England and Wales. Having choice while facing death will end so much physical, mental, and emotional suffering.

Hopefully this bill progresses to reach actuality.
TERMINALLY ILL ADULTS (END OF LIFE) BILL SECOND READING

AYES: 330
NOES: 275

Maj: 55

It passes- with a significant majority. Huge but somber moment in the chamber, the first time the Commons has voted for assisted dying. But there’s a long parliamentary passage to go.

Will be rather interesting to see how the Green Party fair in this election. I remember there being a great deal of disappointment at them entering the coalition of outgoing government.

Will those voters who trusted them with their vote make them pay for that today? #GE24
