Cato Scholar: Trump's Latest Pardon Raises Questions about Selective Clemency

I doubt this will work. The 11th circuit ordered Judge Cannon to have this issue RESOLVED in 90 days time, which expires January 2nd. So unless she wants to rule on Trump’s motion to intervene and hear all argument by then, she can’t really delay past January 2nd here unless the 11th circuit allows

That means the cable "news" network is now in business with the president's son, Donald Trump Jr., a senior adviser to the company.

Voters in Tennessee are set to provide this year’s final big sign of where the political environment stands in the state's special House election, as President Trump’s approval ratings slip and Democrats grow more hopeful heading into the 2026 midterm elections. Here are five things to know.
Tennessee House Special Election 2025: What to Watch

During the shutdown, the Senate approved adding $32B to Trump's already record breaking $1 trillion Pentagon budget.

The Senate still hasn't voted on extending ACA subsidies — which would cost $35B.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.
