love it when I see past me saw a dillweed, blocked a dillweed, and now present me gets positive reinforcement for trusting my gut.

(because it's not clear from the repost. The OP here is replying to an account I blocked. )
So you're not helping authors. Got it, bye.

One movie. Oh, to think so small.

Every movie made would be required to have at minimum one scene featuring teary-eyed Sebastian Stan. Three scenes, minimum for Oscar consideration. Five scenes or the price of beef triples again.
If you were a despotic president, what movie would you force Hollywood to make? I want to see Quentin's Star Trek movie or maybe Kill Bill Vol 3.

Ah yes, the “swagger” that is notoriously good for the health of their CEO
United Health wants its ‘swagger back’.

How? By dropping a million seniors from Medicare Advantage

Why? America's largest insurer wants to improve its profit margins, medical costs are skyrocketing because the GOP cut Medicaid and ACA subsidies.

DOGE was created for data theft and infrastructure dismantling and it wildly succeeded on both counts within the first few weeks of its existence. It will take a generation to rebuild what it destroyed and the breach of data is unprecedented.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

This is excellent. This is the kind of guidance needed in the face of a lawless regime.
We want to speak directly to members of the Military and the Intelligence Community.

The American people need you to stand up for our laws and our Constitution.

Don’t give up the ship.

follow up questions "why are you threatening an American news outlet. Why are you seeking to deny them constitutional rights? why are you avoiding the question like a coward? If you're not protecting your own guilt, who are you shielding like the compromised bought-n-owned wimp you are?
Trump in response to an Epstein question: "ABC, your company, your crappy company is one of the perpetrators. I think the license should be taken away from ABC because your news is so fake and so wrong. And we have a great commissioner, a chairman, who should take a look at that."

Billionaires handing money back and forth, no one creating anything except carbon in the air. Anthropic buys Nvidia chips; Nvidia gives Anthropic billions to buy even more chips; Microsoft gives Anthropic billions, which Anthropic spends on Microsoft Azure, run by Nvidia, etc. An ouroboros of shit.

I wish we all could have more of what we shared last night. The wonders of space and nature. Awe. Beauty. But instead we have day after day of tyranny, greed, billionaires tossing busted rockets into space, and AI and bitcoin siphoning nature dry.

A moment of pettiness. Used to work for a food bank. We'd often argue abt the "candy issue" I was on Team Offer it & let the recipient decide if they want junk food. Lots of co-workers were Team No Treats.

Hahahahahaha. Look what side of history you landed on.
Gov. Tate Reeves aims to ban Mississippi SNAP recipients from buying unhealthy foods in a bid to woo U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the State seeks federal funding for a rural health-care program.

Lots of excitement around Free Little Pantries recently. I love the mutual aid aspect. I especially love the in-neighborhood support but, please, please consider all the food safety that goes along with such aid. Don't allow stuff to freeze or swelter. Chk for safety recalls. Keep the space tidy.
