In a possibly unique statement the immediate former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission Baroness Falkner is reported by the BBC as having questioned the ‘veracity’ of the Judgment of the Judge in Peggie v Fife and Upton.

As Keir Starmer does a “trans women are men” media tour today, I hope people think about that time he invoked the memory of Brianna Ghey in Parliament as part of a gotcha for Rishi Sunak. Abusing her memory for PR whilst plotting to remove the rights she would’ve had to live as herself. He’s sick.

@rachelgilmore.bsky.social PP promising to move trans women to men’s prisons, just like Trump; also offers nebulous guarantee to “ensure that women’s spaces and services remain protected in federal institutions and policy.” He’s keeping it quiet, but this is lifted right out of Trump’s playbook

Poilievre would require a referendum for every federal tax increase???

First, a referendum would be incredibly expensive (electoral reform would have cost $300 million, for example)
