Yeah to people who don’t understand curling as a sport think this is a scandal and unsportsmanlike conduct on the side of Canada.

Okay, I actually am a Canadian curler, and while this meme has been fun and all, I feel like there needs to be some context.
First, while it is a violation to hold onto the rock after the line, it's not really considered "cheating". It's like stepping a toe over the line in bowling.
