from under the Bear tooth head fungus (I wish that mushroom had a catchier name)

Pathetic organism used in corpo distopic world of tomorrow, typically with little for thought, this mass of nerve cells and worthless organs, has a hyper-carnivorous flesh canon tearing at one of its hapless limbs, firing neuro chemical hell swarms at its random targets, either grown through the bio augmentation of an amoeba and handing it a rifle, or stripping some hapless fool of any useful flesh leaving its open nerve ended psychy to do whatever bidding is needed, a true infiltration at every level.
