Nigel Farage has spent £1m taking out adverts in the papers to distract from the Nathan Gill Russian bribe scandal.

We can't let him buy himself out of this. We need an investigation into Russian influence in our politics.

Young people are feeling hopeless because escaping debt and achieving basic goals like owning a home seem like impossible dreams.

Labour have shot their ambition and the ambition of working people with their stealth tax rises in this budget.

Instead of fixing the £90bn Brexit black hole - the government is hitting you with record high stealth taxes.

Ed said it best: We want to grow the economy, not tax the economy.

An investigation into Russian interference in our politics is long overdue. And we all know who should be questioned first.

Donald Trump expects Ukrainians to be ‘grateful’ as he prepares a carve-up of the country with Putin.

We can’t let that happen - Starmer must work with our European allies to stop this stitch-up in its tracks.

Trump is conspiring with Putin to sell out Ukraine – and the security of the whole of Europe along with it.

The Prime Minister must convene the Coalition of the Willing to stop this betrayal in its tracks.
New: I can confirm hasty US-Russia proposal being pushed to Ukrainians via Dmitriev-Witkoff to Umerov. It would amount to Ukraine’s capitulation, with people familiar saying it’s Kremlin’s maximalist demands.
-Ukraine army cut 1/2
-Give up certain weapons
-Give up Donbas
-Zelensky displeased

YouGov put this to the test in a poll, and found it's the Liberal Democrats.

LD win v. Reform 36% to 32%
CONS win v. Reform 28% to 27%

Hospitality is so much more than an industry - it's a critical part of the character of all of our communities. Slashing VAT for them would be a shot in the arm in these difficult times - for the businesses and customers alike.

The Chancellor must do so in the budget.

This wasn’t pitch rolling, it was pointless. The Budget will be a bitter pill to swallow as the Government seems to have run out of excuses.

We can’t keep punishing households, high streets and hospices whilst big banks and social media giants don't pay their fair share.

So it comes down to us. Or Nigel Farage.

Liberal Democrat change – true to British values. Transforming our economy, our public services and our politics. The real change people crave.

Or Farage’s change. Change away from the country we love. Change towards Trump’s America.

It should be simple: people who cheer on violence in the UK can't enrich themselves with British taxpayers’ money.

That means Elon Musk – no government contracts for you, no energy supply license for you.

Great article from @rbreich.bsky.social. During his campaign Trump chillingly said something along the lines of 'Vote for me now; then you won't have to vote again.'
The silence of the opposition is deafening, and if they do not react now there may not be another time.

I hope the rumour the UK government is considering cutting the Digital Services Tax for US corporations proves incorrect. 🙏

We should not reward the mega-companies that facilitate the corrosion of democracy.

Lowering that tax now would amount to appeasement.
