ICE has gone too far - It's time for lawmakers to take action.

We are calling on elected officials to pass reforms to address ICE's unaccountable actions:
❌DON'T assist ICE.

❌DON'T turn police into ICE agents
.
✅DO fund legal help to fight deportations.

Day 24
Raphael Saadiq, “Radio”

I met this girl named Radio
Said her signal was low
She wasn't gettin' my sound
She kept the volume down
I told her turn up the bass, bass
And then she kissed me in my face, face, face

Today there was an attempted ICE raid in Bensonhurst & community members showed up. Even though NYPD collaborated with ICE by trying to disburse the crowd; community members stood their ground & ICE left without kidnapping a single person per the rapid response groups I'm on. We protect us!

I will never forget having to edit Jamal’s final, posthumous piece for the Washington Post, after he was murdered.

He was calling for free expression in the Arab world. You can read it here :

After watching the clipping. Tiny Desk performance, I went back and watched this Speakers Corner Quartet/ Tirzah video, which has been in my mind since I first saw it.

Anybody got other suggestions for midi controlled sound performances?
