If vaccines won't be used, it's crucial to mandate better living conditions for chickens. All chickens should be free-range and fed nutritious diets. This should already be standard practice, as healthier, less stressed chickens have stronger immunity.
I hope everyone likes their egg prices high because the US has declared war on solving problems.
