Here's a random reminder to take a break from watching the news and doom scrolling to do one thing that'll help make your life just a tiny bit better. Clean your shower, throw your sheets in the laundry, pet a cat, get a tall glass of ice water. Remember to take care of yourself, you're important.

NYC friends: this poor dog was almost on his freedom ride out of the pound when his foster didn't show up on him. He's now in danger of being put down. Do you have space in your home and heart to adopt him? ❤️
