Surprising from the man who shuns empathy as weak and has the emotional IQ of a toaster.

Struggling. Of course he doesn’t understand why nobody likes him.

Every major Dem politician needs to realize that, in this environment, they can schedule a "speech to the nation," like Newsom did, and get tons of media coverage.

Just do it.

This an education issue. Women have been doing better than men in schools for years. Polls have shown that Trump supporters tend to be either really rich or largely uneducated, or sometimes both (at least temporarily rich).

Anybody remember when Kamala Harris was vilified in the media for saying she would largely continue with the (then) current team's policies and would not have done much differently?

Seems quaint now, doesn't it?

Trump says he’ll use revenue from tariffs to “offset” more big tax cuts.

Those tax cuts will disproportionately benefit wealthy Americans and big corporations.

But revenue raised from tariffs will be coming disproportionately from average working people.

See how this works?

After this past week, I am going to have to take an "all media" break. It's just too much anymore.

It breaks my heart to watch the USA do itself so much harm. Our family sacrificed quite a lot, my father especially, and it hurts to see what's come of it.

Anyone remember when Kamala said she wouldn't change much from Biden's policies going forward?

Seems like that would have been nice compared to the civil and economic cliff we're headed over now.

There are probably even some Trump supporters who feel that way now...

The USA makes up around 4% or so of the world population. Sooner or later, people are going to figure that out.

The US market, once the most lucrative, will be seen as not worth it and unreliable.

Products will disappear, and prices will rise. And the rest of the world will move on. So it goes.

No surprises here. This is the result of private schools, home schooling, vouchers, and generally defunding education. And - it’s exactly the result the Republican leadership wants. Keep ‘em dumb and scared.
