It’s starting. Right in front of us. Right now.
Sen. Tuberville: "We gotta get rid of these voting machines. There's a half dozen people here in the House and Senate that did not get elected. It was all bogus. We've seen the evidence."

I don’t know how anyone can look at what’s happening in Minnesota and think “this is a regime that intends to allow for a peaceful transition of power.”

they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

404 is consistently doing some of the most critical reporting on ICE/CBP/DHS.

Their newest reporting on the tech they’re using to track Americans is chilling.
New: we've obtained material explaining how an ICE surveillance system, called Webloc, works. Draw shape on a map, see all phones available there, follow them home. All without warrant

So we're all doing this then, right?
I used to have a colleague who would bring me to meetings to intervene on her behalf when the other men in the meetings would trample her. Not a great scene!
I have been yelled at and ridiculed in meetings by men while male colleagues remained silent so none of this is surprising.

So many vulnerable people were hurt, harassed and raped by these ghouls and now—I’m worried—it’s gonna become hehe haha lurid internet circus instead of a long overdue moral reckoning. I’m scared of who we all are becoming. That man has brought us ALL low.

Immigrants are…

a) almost uniformly not allowed access to public funds;
b) charged doubly for using the NHS (immigration surcharge and tax);
c) and required to make more than £41k and pay upwards of £10k/pp by the time they’re granted ILR.

What part of that is not earning their right?
“We welcome those who come to this country, legally, and give more than they take. We believe the right to stay here must not be automatic, but that those who play their part should be able to earn that right."

This is so obviously true.

It’s also – not for nothing – bonkers stupid as a policy. The reason the data shows so many foreign grads don’t transition to employment visas “as intended” is because Labour has made it even more difficult – and even more EXPENSIVE!!!! – to sponsor workers.
It is laughable to think that you can neuter the far right with minor tweaks like this.

How many Conservative or Reform supporters even know that immigrants have to pass a language test? They object to immigration on emotional grounds, not because they have dry objections to eligibility criteria.
