Almost dunk quoted on a stranger talking about how she doesn't feel safe enough to walk around with both headphones in. Unsure if this is a stranger danger thing or a traffic safety thing but I'm really glad that I don't feel like this, I enjoy blasting Steely Dan in both ears as I'm out and about

More observations on Toronto: all cities are dysfunctional in some way or another and the level to which you feel at home in a place depends on how your personal dysfunction aligns with that of the place you live
Observations on wandering around Toronto for the first time in a few years: a lot of things have changed and everything smells bad. The beer is good and there are a lot more blondes than in Montreal. Still love it here, also still glad I moved

had to go into my daughter's phone to delete her Netflix downloads (I'm going to be on a train today and need to watch the new Frankenstein) and I'm pleased to report that she is, in fact, not too cool to have downloaded both KPop Demon Hunters AND Kpop Demon Hunters: The Singalong
