Hoarding is considered a mental disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. So if hoarding , say old newspapers, is a mental disorder, why is hoarding wealth not also considered a disorder? Why is Elon Musk considered the richest man instead of the greediest?
