It would take 2/3 of the House (~290 votes) and Senate (67 votes) to override a veto. Usually, it would be nearly inconceivable for 20 Senate Republicans to support legislation opposed by Trump. But pressure is already building from many Epstein survivors and even from some conservative senators.
