Met an active duty member of the military yesterday who filed conscientious objector paperwork in response to deployment of military on U.S. soil.
Was told multiple Army have filed, unknown quantities in other branches.

A wonderful reason to tune into Jeopardy tonight. NY travel community: Harvey will finally be on the show, fulfilling his dream!
My friend Harvey, not on Bluesky, will be on Jeopardy! this eve. We met during my travel writing years. He was always a lovely support when I had an event in NYC—my book reading, reader meetups, or other events. It wasn’t until I became disabled by a spinal CSF leak that we became closer friends.

Ahhhhh, @sonyalpha just announced a very exciting new lens—the FE 16mm f/1.8 G—and I can’t believe I got to try it out in one of the most gorgeous landscapes on Earth 🤩

Ahhhhh, @sonyalpha just announced a very exciting new lens—the FE 16mm f/1.8 G—and I can’t believe I got to try it out in one of the most gorgeous landscapes on Earth 🤩
