I see some people (and not going to call out anyone specifically) lamenting that there's nothing Democratic members of Congress and Senators can do, since MAGA allies hold all the levers of power. I don't think that's right. While formal power (and blame) lies in MAGA hands, there are options

I said why I was fine with Biden’s pardon. Reaction among highly engaged Dems seems overwhelmingly supportive. This tweet, I think, helps explain why. The pardon taps into the almost unfathomably deep ocean of “fuck you” Dems are feeling toward the gatekeepers of political discourse in the country.
