NEW: When the FEC fails to act on campaign finance violations, Americans deserve to have their day in court. We filed an amicus brief in End Citizens United's case at the DC Circuit in support of restoring judicial review of FEC actions as the law requires:
Amicus: FEC’s failure to enforce the law must be able to be challenged in court - CREW | Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington
Americans must be able to seek relief in court for violations of campaign finance law when the FEC is unable or unwilling to enforce the law.
