A1 Pam, Rich and Maddi! 😁 For me, hidden curric inadvertently fuels uncertainty and disparate experiences of HE. It can be a byproduct of old ways of working/assumed knowledge, or a consequence of intense workload for staff. It needs thoughtful attention and generosity all round #LTHEchat
