A4 Sounds ironic to say make it visible but needs to be wider recognition of hidden curric, potential impacts, but also real efforts to tackle this head on and get this right for students and staff (who can also be heavily impacted). A3 Hidden curric can contribute massively to 'imposter syndrome' and feelings of exclusion/otherness. There's growing awareness in work addressing awarding gaps that focusing on transitions could be key to improving student outcomes and developing greater parity of experience + opportunity #lthechat
