Honoured to have had the chance to contribute to this massive effort with such an inspiring team! Let's take genetics x personality to the next level ⚡

More often than not I'm not excited to hit the the gym for my calisthenics and resistance band workouts, but reminders like this help to keep me committed! 💪

Muscle loss is associated with various health issues and accelerated during aging.

The good news is that resistance training can offset muscle loss. Simple tools like resistance bands make this type of exercise accessible.

While many know that restrictive diets can cause nutrient deficiencies, not everyone is aware that overeating can too.

This study showed that overweight & obese children and young adults have a higher risk of iron deficiency (but not zinc or vitamin A deficiency).

Do children who read more become better readers, or do better readers simply choose to read more? Our findings revealed that reading proficiency primarily drove the amount of reading in children rather than the other way around.

New research reveals that microplastics can block brain capillaries, reduce blood flow, and cause neurological changes in mice. A concerning link between pollution and health.

Why do most nutrition labels still seem like riddles in tiny font? Making healthier and/or more informed choices while grocery shopping shouldn't feel like solving a puzzle. Clearer labels could be a small but important step towards changing that.
