My dogs are gross so I washed their paws and now they have to chill on the floor because, even with the dogs-are-gross extra blankets, they are not getting on the bed with damp paws.

I am an... extremely evidence-based science kind of person, maybe to an extreme. But that means when I do think something is bad/good for people, I want to tell folks.
But of course EVERYONE thinks they're right and have evidence, and I don't enjoy others giving ME unsolicited advice!

Anyway I am swamped with work and feeling a bit disconnected from everything. I'd say AMA but I feel like I'm such an open book (about non-doxxing things) already! Hopefully at some point today I will find the ideal level of distractiom and focus

I'm starting to worry (with no evidence - yes I will see a doctor when my schedule clears up) that my cough is acid reflux. Things that make it worse are my favorite things in life: lying down, chocolate, mint, garlic, ibuprofen.
Add fanfic to that, why don't you, and my life will be truly empty
