I've maintained I have one last move left in me, I'm questioning the wisdom of that statement as I'm having to document every thing as I start packing household items. I've never been a written 'list' person, going to have to get over that $h*t fast.

1 cup cottage cheese, (BLEND IT TILL SMOOTH LIKE YOGURT)
1 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Egg wash
Mix, divide into 4 equal pieces, shape like bagels, egg wash, topping (if any), bake for 40 min at 350°
Makes 4 bagels 🙂
