The Epstein case is important, not least because it implicates 47, but don't forget that a huge % of cases of violence against women involve police inaction, court inaction, untested rape kits, unenforced restraining orders, disbelieved victims & witnesses, & perps generally getting away with it.

Yes, and, the American style of “fear of losing your job” was designed to include the terror of losing your family’s health care. But if your job doesn’t include health insurance, or if you expect insurance to deny lifesaving care…you can resist tyranny without fear (with less fear, anyhow)

If you can go, go. 5pm today. Last night's cutoff of federal funding by 47 doesn't just mess with the recipients, it violates the Constitution and seizes powers that belong to Congress. It's a dictatorial attempt at consolidation of power in the presidency.
