This is big news. I wonder whether this could be beneficial to patients (more access to drugs). Of course, further cost increases to NHS is not good. Not seen this news anywhere else apart from Simon Marks

US government clearly guilty of war crimes. Not only is it a Russia ally, but a war criminal against foreign nationals and its own countrymen and women. The unthinkable has occurred. How had the US judiciary been so ineffective against tyranny?
