Self interest is blinding Americans to the simple fact that our democratic freedoms are being continually removed so the rich can steal even more from the 99%.

“Not my career. I have a lot on the line. I’m in a bad position. I don’t like it.”

Elected representation is broken.

Change will come.

Who ordered the turd soup?!
If Harry Enten is saying this budget bill is bad for Trump, then it’s really bad for Trump.
Enten: "You don't have to be a mathematical genius to know that these are horrible, horrible, horrible numbers. Washington Post, -19 points, Fox News -21 points...to quote Sir Charles Barkley, 'terrible terrible terrible'...it's one of the most unpopular pieces of legislation that I have ever seen"

They do this cause they know the bill is terrible for their states & districts. So they post a tweet opposing it, then fold right after. That way, come election time, they can claim they “fought it.”

99% of the time, that fight was complete BS.

Even Fox News is reporting that 60% of people oppose this bill. We need Republican Senators to stand-up with our Democratic Senators and vote NO!
Unbelievable. Latest update from the nonpartisan budget office says the Senate Republican bill now cuts nearly $1 TRILLION from Medicaid.

White fragility at an all time high!

Jethro Dwight Vance is all that wrong with a large portion of American society today. Corrupt, spineless, weak.

Consequently, America is now a global boogeyman.

JD couldn't be a better poster child for it.

Also, Usha fucks him.

This court is supremely corrupt.

Derobe these clowns, suckling off the billionaire tears like the rest of the administration.
Litman: The irony of this just spillth over—because the Biden administration was subject to nationwide injunction after nationwide injunction in cases that didn’t warrant it. And they asked the Supreme Court, “Guys, can you do something about this?” The Republican justices declined to do so.

The idea that only Democrats use nationwide injunctions is false. The reason we don’t have student debt forgiveness from President Biden is because Republicans got a nationwide injunction.

This isn’t about partisanship—it’s about power and who’s willing to use it.

Donald Trump violated the Constitution when he bombed Iran. Only Congress can declare war.

I'm headed to vote for @kaine.senate.gov's War Power Resolution to rein Trump in.

Americans didn't vote for another endless war in the Middle East.

Impeach Trump

We need to get billionaires and old senile white men out of our political system.
Trump: "If you look at the end of the Civil War -- the 1800s, it was a very turbulent time. If you take the end day -- was it 1869? Or whatever."

There's a big difference between "total obliteration" and just setting Iran's nuclear program back six or seven months.

Boyle: For every American household that makes under $55,000 a year, they will be poorer as a result of this bill. So it's quite clear under this Republican betrayal— the poor get poorer, the rich get richer, and the middle class falling further behind. This is wrong.
