This went hard the entire time. I ate up the grisly aspects, so much blood! The horror is soul-consuming and original. Go in blind if you can. I immediately requested the next one from the library.

This government is radicalizing people against them in real time. Every day.
The actual story is that a family of American citizens trying to evacuate from a neighborhood that ICE had made unsafe, and then ICE tossed munitions into the car, causing three kids to be hospitalized and a six month old to stop breathing. DHS called the family “radical agitators”

Writers, don't throw that stuff away. I can't even count the number of times this has happened, just pulling something from the folder and suddenly, even years later, the right pieces are finally all there.
