The desire for people to be in a space to answer the big questions and, yet, we as a society are threatening/eliminating the very institutions that make this type of engagement possible….🤔

Higher ed faculty: Here is a reminder that academic freedom arguments aren't going to win over legislators. Our system of autonomy and tenure (often in exchange for below private sector salaries) makes no sense to them.
