My book has a cover! I love that the BFI series has moved to interpretations of images from the films. I had no idea what they would come up with for Velvet Goldmine and the image surprised me. Love that it feel like a memory. I can't wait for the rest of the book to be out in the world next year.

By the time I got to the Bowie “Strangers When We Meet” mention, I was convinced this book was written for me. ❤️ I haven’t finished yet, but already highly recommend!

To stave off the fall semester stress dreams, I’ve started organizing my home office. Today was sewing patterns! This project was both satisfying and hilarious. (Love these weird smiles)
