mRNA vaccines are important as they can be quickly modified to target emerging infectious agents and they can be used against non-infectious diseases (like cancer).

Every day is a damn circus 🎪
Trump talks about loving veterans (left). Then fucks them over. 80000 jobs to be cut at the VA.

He is a treasonous disgrace.

Someone asked how federal employees are holding up so far?
I swear this is the image that came immediately to mind.
It won't be easy, but we will win.

"I could find a cure to the most devastating diseases" and Democrats still wouldn't be happy, Trump says.

Trump has frozen all government research into cures for cancer and Alzheimer's.

Trump thinks anyone protesting must be from another country when the right and will to protest our own government is a foundational American value.

Psychopath Trump is at it again
Trump posted: ‘All federal funding will STOP for any college, school, or university that allows illegal protests. Agitators will be imprisoned or permanently sent back to the country from which they came. American students will be permanently expelled or, depending on the crime, arrested. NO MASKS!’

He’s going to tank the entire economy.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Putin can’t believe his luck. Here is Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov on Trump: “The new administration is fast changing all foreign policy configurations…This coincides with our vision in many ways.”

Trump now backs dictatorship, not democracy. We cannot allow that to stand.

The DOGE kids have been reported to be inside NIH all week.

Realized that people don’t seem to know this, but wasn’t this reported this week??
This is going to be a big problem.

Not typically on pubmed (a free online database of medical literature) on Saturday nights but heard it was down and had to check for myself.

Passing along: HHS will no longer abide by "Richardson Waiver" of 1971, which said it wouldn't use any exceptions to the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) governing rulemaking. This waiver created transparency about what HHS is doing.
