Passing along: HHS will no longer abide by "Richardson Waiver" of 1971, which said it wouldn't use any exceptions to the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) governing rulemaking. This waiver created transparency about what HHS is doing.

When an unelected bureaucrat talks about how bad unelected bureaucrats are in our government. Also, admitting to errors in their reporting, and has no documentation to show but promises it’ll be posted by Valentine’s Day. They should be documenting their every move & sharing to be transparent.
