i've seen a few people say the sandwich guy case doesn't seem like jury nullification, seemingly on the basis that they think jury nullification is some kind of formalized legal trickery that must be invoked. it's not. it just refers to the fact that juries can return whatever verdict they want

i live in a downstairs apartment in which the only door leads out into the back patio and then i have to walk up a path to a gate to get to the street. the upstairs neighbours dog keeps pooping on this path. they clean the poop all at once one time per week

while it's not as bad as like "what's true: biden did say that. what's false: your opinion that it was bad" i do find it strange that there's a whole category of "mostly false" entries where the only thing that's false is an additional conjecture that has never occurred to anyone but snopes
