Like I truly wanna emphasize it's not hard just don't be weird about it I once road on a plane was wearing my collar with a pacifier on it a big stupid proper one and a little girl at the terminal was like "I like your nunu I didn't know they made them for grown ups"
Whatever weird "little" shame or anxiety you carry about like self expressing in public is 1000% all in your head fueled by chronic online reading. you can carry a plushie or use a pacifier or wear overall or what the fuck ever and no one is gonna care, in fact I unusually receive compliments.
