absolutely raging that philip sutcliffe represents my area and I’m so sickened by his horrible spoiled vote/fucking zodiac killer hate scrawl that I’ve made a complaint to the dcc ethics registrar. the info is at the link below and he’s in direct contravention of section 9.4 of the code of conduct
