So apparently the Seahawks won the Super Bowl. I specifically didn't watch the game or even keep up online (I was even out of the house to go watch a Final Fantasy chamber music concert,) so as to ensure my "every time I watch a game, the wrong team wins"-energy didn't touch the birds. Worked out!

Well, this is an adorable little short. I'd be curious how it'd work as a show, as it's the complete opposite of second screen viewing & it feels like such a one off, but who knows. Still, can't wait to see more of this run of Cartoon Cartoon shorts. Who knows when/if we'll get another order?

I wanted to say I don't recall getting this happy meal as a kid despite McDonalds being a weekly treat back then, but then I remember "oh yeah, I did have a tiny basketball, this must've been where it was from." Memory unlocked, sheesh.

I've been spending the past 2 months coming to terms with the possibility that I may never regain full hearing in my left ear. The glimmer of hope in this has been that I can look to one of the greatest who ever did it as I look to compose & record my next album:
