In truth, Bellevue's "bike projects" are usually a road widening that comes with five foot bike lanes and a sidewalk.
Meanwhile at this Bellevue Council meeting, highway advocate Vic Bishop is mad that the council is proposing to spend TOO MUCH money on bicycle facilities.
