I'm a older working mental health clinician, a father, a man in recovery, and a social democrat, who finds people over profit is a moral and ethical imperative.

Just putting this out there, validation to someone who needs it:

I'm tired too. Sometimes, I think "Do I get to be done yet?" And there is some ideation there.

But I woke up today. We aren't done yet, they haven't killed us yet, so there's work to be done.

Let's get to it.

Yup. I said this earlier today, but it was only a guess. Thanks for confirming it. It is no coincidence that of the 8 who came forward to do this, none of them are running in 2026. But they ran cover for some who are.

Let's clear something up pretty quickly.

Any senator not demanding at minimum, Schumer's and Durbin's head on a pike supported this cave, and is complicit.

Full stop.

As we ramp up our lawsuits against Republicans lawlessness, voter suppression and election subversion, More and more GOP officials, activists and supporter are attacking me on social media and on video.

Understand that they hate me because I fight. I wear their scorn like a badge of honor.

A lot of people aren't old enough to remember US Healthcare before the ACA.
It was a dark time.
-Pre-existing insurance-no coverage
-kids off parents plans at 18
-even workplace insurance could exclude pre existing conditions
-no insurance funded breast pumps

Then he should resign.

Talk is cheap.
As his party divides sharply over whether to end the government shutdown, Fetterman appears to be offering an olive branch to critics by stating a position on which they share common ground.
In an emotional excerpt from his new book, Sen. John Fetterman said he should have dropped out of his 2022 senatorial race while severely battling depression after his stroke.

💯
The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

Your colleagues promised us — promised activists, promised social media influencers, promised organizations — that they were actually going to fight for the ACA, that it was non-negotiable.

You lied to us. You betrayed us. And this is your plan? I know you're not this stupid Sheldon.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Listen Kaine, Hassan, King, Cortez-Masto, Durbin, Shaheen, Rosen, and Fetterman. You're NOT gonna take away my 2025 election joy. We voted in that election for folks to FIGHT for us. That doesn't include YOU.

YOU are what we voted AGAINST last Tuesday. So I'm gonna hang on to that.
