This is reprehensible, and a perversion of the rules intent, and they know it.
Stores can't stigmatize SNAP; using that prohibition to exacerbate starvation is... words fail... abjectly and objectively evil seems insufficient a description.

To be clear, that whole tax question is one which is very easily answered with a marginal, progressive tax structure... then again, you have to know what that is...

Except they aren't actually interfering with ICE, they are simply insisting on due process, and since due process isn't being followed, are not following unconstitutional orders, both in terms of process and in terms of co-opting state resources.
