A friend of mine's elderly dog took a new chew bone, walked to his kennel, and passed away shortly afterward.
I'm brokenhearted for them, but sixteen years for a big dog is quite an extraordinary life. And he died, happy and warm in his den, with a snack under his chin.
May we all be so lucky.

Many decades I’ve lived, & I’ve noticed something like a social law of #physics: The wealthier, more powerful &/or more educated a home‘s adults are, the less likely you’ll see visible signs of #religious practice in their homes. Am I the only one who sees this tendency? #Correlation #causation.

Ditto. So fed up that in spring I drove from MI home 2 #Windsor #Ontario 2 spend $$ 4 a day. Felt relief on ur soil. Happened 2 be day Carney took office as PM. I 💚 #butterTarts. Bought 3 dozen. Visited #curling club; I’m 22-yr curler. Crossed back to US @ 10 PM No line, no wait. Never saw that b4.
