Not sure what entertainment districts have to do with it, but for the most part, I agree with you. We must face reality, and be sure to vote in primaries. Make sure Dem incumbents have opposition.

The best way to do this is to pay attention to PRIMARY #ELECTIONS: Work to make sure those elections are contested. Too few people vote in primaries. The ones who do tend to be party loyalists who support incumbents no matter what #incumbents do or do not do.
