After self-employment tax, I was living on LESS than 20k for 2024. That's under 2K a month, and about matches my exact monthly expense.
I am thankful for the business I got, but hearing people talk about how hopping on the NSFW train is "Easy mode" instantly makes me think less of you.

This attitude taps into a gross misconception of sex-adjacent work being easy, over-valued, and based less on hard work/talent and more on unearned public interest.
But time again this is proven to not be the case. I get that it’s an easy joke, but think about who you’re throwing under the bus!
